This is Hayden hugging his Great Grandfather at the "G" family Christmas party. Makes my heart warm to know that he will have a relationship not just with both sets of grandparents, but also two sets of great grandparents! He is one lucky little love.

HOW PRECIOUS!!!! Hayden is one lucky little guy! So is Great Gradndad!! I never even knew my Grandfathers...they both passed while mom was pregnant with me. I always felt 'cheated' in a way, not knowing what it's like to have a Grampa!
Man, the more I learn abotu you, the more alike I realize we are.
I never really knew my grandparents either as both lived in England. My paternal side passed away before I was born. I met my maternal grandfather a few times in my youth (the last when I was 11). My Gran I knew only because I went to visit on my 21st birthday (and boy did I love her).
I am dogged and determined that Hayden will know ALL of his grandparents and great grandparents!
